SHIPPING

1.1. All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification. We deliver Monday to Friday excluding local holidays: 1st January, 2nd January, 24th February, 29th March, 31st March, 1st May, 19th May, 23d June, 24th June, 28th June, 20th August, 23d December, 24th December, 25th December, 26th December. Our sales manager will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

1.2. Most items ordered are processed within two business days. In case of unpredictable technical problems, we will inform you about the delivery delay by email.

1.3. Anna October offers complimentary shipping for all orders.

Shipping to Ukraine: We offer standard shipping with Nova Poshta.

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Anna October cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Anna October.

    1.4. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Anna October has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

    1.5. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Anna October you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

    1.6. If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our Ukraine address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

    RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

    2.1. Returns and exchanges are accepted on most merchandise within 14 days of receipt, for items that haven’t been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached.

    2.2. Please note the return, exchanges and refund are not allowed for the items on sale, bodysuits, gloves and brassieres, it is clearly stated on the product page.

    2.3. The items return is a subject upon the mutual agreement of Anna October and Purchaser. If you decided to return the item, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail order@annaoctober-store.com and kindly mention the reason. All the returns made on the territory of Ukraine are non-chargeable, the other ones will be processed with 50-euro charge.

    2.4. You will be provided with the documents and return instructions within 3-4 days after sending your request via email.

    2.5. All the extra cost related to the return sent without Customer Service approval will be deducted from your refund. Kindly note the shipping charges are non-refundable.

    2.6. When will I get a refund on my credit card?

    Once merchandise has been received, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. You will be provided with email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take 10 working days for your banking institution to post the refund to your bank statement. 

    2.7. All orders received with marks or signs of alterations will be returned to the sender.

    2.8. Damaged or Defective Goods

    At Anna October we are committed to selling only first-quality fashions. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email at order@annaoctober-store.com within 24 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for a return and refund.
