SHIPPING

1.1. All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification. We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding local holidays: 1st January, 2nd January, 24th February, 29th March, 31st March, 1st May, 19th May, 23rd June, 24th June, 28th June, 20th August, 23rd December, 24th December, 25th December, 26th December. Our sales manager will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

1.2. Most items ordered are processed within two business days. In case of unpredictable technical problems, we will inform you about the delivery delay by email.

1.3. At  Anna October, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping experience to our customers worldwide.

We ship all orders with DHL Express courier service to ensure secure and expedited international delivery. All orders from annaoctober.com are dispatched from our EU warehouse.

Complimentary shipping on all orders over €800.

For orders under €800, a flat shipping fee of €40 will be applied at checkout. 

Please note that while we strive to ensure prompt delivery, Anna October is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs procedures beyond our control.

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Anna October cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Anna October.

    1.4.  Anna October ships to most destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. This means that all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price when you place your order, and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.

    RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

    2.1. Returns and exchanges are accepted on most merchandise within 14 days of receipt, for items that haven’t been worn, altered, or washed, without make-up marks, and with all tags attached.

    2.2. Please note that we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for sale items, bodysuits, gloves, and brassieres due to the nature of these pieces.

    2.3. Returns are accepted upon mutual agreement between the Purchaser and Anna October.
    If you wish to return an item, please contact our Client Services team at order@annaoctober-store.com, kindly indicating the reason for your return. 

    For all international returns, a processing fee of €45 will apply. Returns within Ukraine are complimentary.

    Our team will be pleased to guide you through the return process and assist with any questions you may have.

    2.4. You will be provided with the documents and return instructions within 3-4 days after sending your request via email.

    2.5. All the extra costs related to the return sent without Customer Service approval will be deducted from your refund. Kindly note the shipping charges are non-refundable.

    2.6. When will I get a refund on my credit card?

    Once the merchandise has been received, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. You will be provided with email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take 10 working days for your banking institution to post the refund to your bank statement. 

    2.7. All orders received with marks or signs of alterations will be returned to the sender.

    2.8. Damaged or Defective Goods

    At Anna October we are committed to selling only first-quality fashions. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email at order@annaoctober-store.com within 24 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for a return and refund.
